Tesla was the pioneer in the mass production of electric cars. Among the brand’s plans was to launch an affordable vehicle, a Tesla Model 3 which, finally, is not even the most accessible model in the range. What is the price of the cheapest Tesla?
That honor goes to the Tesla Model Y, the company’s compact SUV, and the latest model to join its lineup. Despite being an SUV, it is cheaper than the Tesla Model 3 and, for just a few weeks, its cost has been even more affordable than normal, because the brand has launched an access version that is compatible with the aid of the Plan moves III.

It is the most basic Model Y, which has a price of 51,200 euros, from which the aid of 4,500 and 7,000 euros (the latter if an old car is scrapped) can be subtracted in the autonomous communities in which there are still subsidies.

Although the Tesla Model Y is Tesla’s cheapest car, the Tesla Model 3 isn’t much more expensive. Its basic version costs 51,990 euros, that is, only 790 euros more than the SUV. It has rear-wheel drive, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds, and a range of 491 kilometers.
